About Warren J. Bennia

Mr. Bennia, a native New Yorker, re-settled in New York City, after working as a founding partner of a law firm based in Michigan and Washington, D.C. An alumnus of the University of Rochester and the Columbia University School of Law, Mr. Bennia is licensed and admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of New York State, Michigan and the District of Columbia. Over 45 years of experience providing legal representation with respect to real estate, employment law, civil rights, criminal, commercial, corporate bankruptcy, community development, housing development, general corporate, and litigated matters.

Mr. Bennia is presently a solo practitioner, but has formed many professional working relationships across a broad spectrum. In his private practice, Mr. Bennia has represented individuals, for profit and not-for-profit corporations, community development and religious corporations, joint ventures between profit and not-for-profit corporations, local and state-wide educational associations, entertainment and film production companies. He finds satisfaction in helping individuals, organizations and businesses resolve their legal problems or matters with expert solutions.
